1. Application
Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker is the most important treatment equipment in solid-control system which is use to separate big drilling cuttings from mud to ensure features of drilling fluid.
2. Specification
1. It’s good to screen and drain sand by balanced elliptical orbit.
2. Screen mesh number can be 40-200. Treatment capacity of single screen is 28L/S. When the viscosity is 45, the mesh number of flat-bed screen is 140 and the pyramid one can reach 160.
3. Airtight anti-splash equipment make working environment more clean and comfortable;
4. Screen box dip is adjusted dynamically by electrohydraulic;
5. Screen box is made of rigid or stainless steel to make sure the structure strength and service life;
6. Fluorocarbon coating and multiple anti-corrosion methods to prolong service life.

1. Unless otherwise required, we will pack 10 sets oil well pumps together for delivery. The alkyd resin enamel shall be painted on the outer surface of the pumps. The pumps will be put into plastic bags before delivery.
2. One set of shipping list, user manual, product quality certificate (certificate of inspection) shall be delivered together with each carton of pumps.
3. The quality certificate shall clearly describe the actual quality parameters including the diameter of the pump cylinder, diameter of the piston, clearance tolerance and etc. All the products of our company shall meet or exceed the various regulations of the industry standards before delivery.
