1. Enterprise quality management request:

Strictly execute the product standard by national standard (or the special requirement by customer). Product warranty is 1 year; we abide by “three guarantees” (for repair replacement or compensation of faulty products), and provide continuous repayable technology service for the product that out-of-warranty.

2. Product manufacture standard and quality guarantee

Kerui product manufacturing by the standard of national standard, manufacturing as the customer requirement if needs.

a. Per-sale: Warmly service to the calls, email and visit of customer. Carefully answer to the technology questions from customer and help to solve it.
b. In-sale: during the manufacturing period, make sure to manufacturing as the need, quality, and quantity and delivery time.
c. After-sale: in order to cooperate with customer, we must do the service like product installation technology service and technical training service.

3. Professional and effective after-sale technology guarantee

Kerui has a professional technical service team with rich experience of installation and debugging. In Central plain oil field, Yanchang oil field and Jilin oil field, we set after-sale-service and provide installation, debugging, maintain and training service for long-term. During warranty if product has any quality problem, we’ll be there within call, 1500km in national market, we will be there less than 40 hours; 3500km in national market, we’ll be there less than 5 days. And also provide repayable technology service for the out-of-warranty product.
