1. Application

It is mainly applied to oil-water well with different problems, such as scrapped caused by casing corrosion and perforation, pipeline corrosion and perforation, equipment which is changed and scrapped frequently because of corrosion, working cycle is shortened because of corrosion or damage of the sucker rod pump.

2. Structure and Work Principle

Light forced anticorrosion station is a forced electricity cathode protection product by using luminous energy as power. It is special designed to solve the corrosion of oil-water well. It adopts forced electricity cathode protection technology and constant power is provided by luminous energy. It’s installed on wellhead or the tube that need anticorrosion. Anticorrosion station will supply the cathode of protected body with protect electric current to realize continual lasting protection.

3. Characteristics

a. Take solar energy as the power source doesn’t need any other external power source and has no requirement to service environment. 

b. Use forced electric current protection of electrochemical protection to make the protected body stay in the negative potential protection condition to have good anticorrosion effect.
