Application
It is used for seriously eccentric wear well, highlydeflected well, heavy oil well, horizontal well and well with complex conditions. It’s a new rodless oil production system without pumping unit or sucker rod.
Work Principle
When ground drive hydraulic cylinder move left, hydraulic valve opens and give pressure to liquid in left cylinder chamber to make it enter downhole unit by spile. Piston of downhole unit goes up and pump suck liquid. When downhole unit come to the top dead center, compress the upward reversing spring to open hole in cylinder in order to let high pressure driving liquid into pump cavity. Flush fixed valve to improve liquid ability to carry coal dust, heavy oil and sand. Improves pump depth ratio to prevent gas lock. When ground drive hydraulic cylinder moves right, hydraulic valve closed and give pressure to liquid in right cylinder cavity to make it enter downhole unit by spile and annulus. Piston goes down and then pump displace liquid.

Long stroke: 4m ( longest stroke is 8m)
2) Low frequency of stroke: It adopts the linkage between frequency conversion variable stroke pump and constant rate pump.
