1. Application

This technology is mainly used for negative pressure plugging relief and negative pressure discharging acid.

2. Structure and Work Principle


This device (as picture above) is composed of check valve, diffusion tube, choke, nozzle and screen pipe.

Connection: the device is installed on the top of string and connects with hydraulic anchor. If there is no hydraulic anchor, it should connect with packer topside, then the acidified button and bottom ball seat. Fixed string of the device only can acidify monolayer. After connection, give pressure from the string to seal packer. Throw a ball to open the acidified button let work liquid drain from the oil tube to layer to acidify normally. After finish the shut-in reaction, from the wellhead input the device to the sliding sleeve. When it works, high pressure washing hydraulic of the ground pump set transports the device to nozzle and produce throttle which make high speed flow in the lower place. The pressure is reduced greatly to form low pressure area between nozzle and mixed tube. Under the pressure difference, ground liquid together with plugging impurity drain from the near-wellbore area to replenish lower pressure area at the high speed and absorb into the choke by high speed work liquid and then mixed together. After speed reduction and pressure boost, the mixed liquid come back to the ground from pipe. Take advantage of pulse technology, flush liquid is pumped into casing pump constantly from low pressure to high pressure. The residual acid is taken out of the ground constantly to finish discharging acid out of ground completely.

Before the construction of plugging relief, flush liquid go through the device from the casing pump and produce negative pressure at the bottom of the well in order to wash and dredge the near-wellbore area. Plugging relief can make fluid drain into the deeper reaction zone to improve the depth and the thickness of plugging relief and acidification. After flush liquid is pumped from the casing pump after plugging relief or acidification, it makes the device produce negative pressure again at bottom of the well. The negative pressure makes the plugging relief fluid, residual acid and reactant be discharged from layer timely in order to avoid second damage to layer and improve the plugging relief and acidified effect.

3.  Characteristics

1) This technology can realize acid replacement, acidified and discharging acid. It also realize the complete layering of multi-layer development well and solves interference between layers and discharging acid pollution problem of back flush well.

2) The success of this technology improve and perfect layer acidified string, especially provide a new technology for residual acid discharge after acidification of the low function and low production well.

3) Can be realize give pressure from the tubing and then casing flowback or give pressure from casing ad then tubing flowback. These two ways.
