In view of existing problems in Zhongyuan oilfield, such as increased load of pumping unit, increased stroke loss, serious eccentric wear of rod caused by low level and deeper pump depth, the new rodless extraction equipment is developed. 

Reverse direction by ball valve, long stroke and low frequency. During test, the SC38-74-4.8 rodless hydraulic extraction unit is used together with conventional oil pump. Pump depth: 1650m, stroke: 4.8m, frequency: 2.7min, water injection per day: 72 m³, output liquid: 60m³.

The result shows the service life of oil pump is extended by using rodless hydraulic extraction unit. It eliminates eccentric wear of rod. Reverse direction by ball valve. The requirement for power fluid is low and it’s easy to maintain. 

1、Low cost and easy operation.

2、Long stroke, low frequency. The service life of oil pump is extended and the pump effectiveness is improved.

3、It eliminates eccentric wear of rod, especially in inclined hole. 

4、Upper stroke is slow and lower is fast. Power energy is fully used. 

5、There’s no sealing components, so it can be explored with hot water in a long time. 

6、No sucker rod,. The dead space and stuffing box doesn’t need to adjust, so the workload is reduced.

7、Reverse direction by ball valve. The requirement for power fluid is low and it’s easy to 

maintain.
