It’s a oilfield plugging tool that supported by bi-direction slips, setting via hydraulic pressure or wireline, release by drilling or grinding. It’s widely used in fracturing, plugging, testing, inspect leakage, cement injection and other constructions. It can bearing two-way pressure, plugging lower high pressure temporary or permanent. Easy operation, safe and reliable, good bearing high pressure ability, drill ability.

Work principle

Setting： It connect with the bottom of hydraulic setting tool, then together with the string running to the design position. Throw a steel ball(φ30), give pressure via cement truck till the ball running to the top of setting tool. When pressure differential is 16Mpa, steady pressure 5min. Then go on give pressure, when pressure differential id 16-20Mpa, pressure drop to 0, bridge plug setting well, pull out the hydraulic setting tool. 

Release: Running milling tool to realize release.
