1. Introduction
During the oil production, the existing sealing device has many unsolvable problems: Stop production and vent to adjust when the headwell is displaced. When it cannot be sealed, stop to change for a new polish rod when the thickness is different because of abrasion and corrosion. This shortens the service life of the rod. The well with high water content and interval oil well cannot be sealed. The packing is changed frequently. Stop production to adjust because of pollution caused by the rod breaking or other reasons. All of these problems influence the oil output, and also increase the work and cost. After research, self-sealing displacement adjustment & engorge storage packing box is made. It can solve many existing problems, avoid well pollution, improve production efficiency and increase oil output.
2. Characteristics and Structure
Characteristics:
a. Special packing is equipped according to the well condition. Packing type: normal packing, packing with high water content and fire retarded packing. The service life is 10 times longer than the normal ones.
b. Sealing assembly is added to make the wellhead self-sealed when the rod is broken to avoid well pollution and meet environment protection requirements.
c. Save time of changing packing. When changing packing, change the packing directly without venting. It’s easy to change and save half of the time.
d. It has the self energy storage mechanism to realize self-adjusting and double the service life or more.
